The International School of baking provides you with everything you need to become a great baker using the finest ingredients and the newest equipment. We provide a world-class baking school and learning environment, expert mentorship from me; Marda Stoliar, and custom courses to teach you exactly what you need and want to learn.
Proven Formulas and Processes:

All of our courses follow a proven process and formulas that we have refined to perfection. You will learn the right formulas, how to use the tools necessary to bake exactly what you want to perfection, and leave the course with all your formulas.
Expert Mentorship and Guidance:

Taught by Marda Stoliar, an expert baker and bakery consultant with over 30-years experience. You will have guidance from one of the world’s best. 
Follow-up Training and Guidance:

What can you learn at International School of Baking...

We teach a wide range of courses at International School of Baking, if you want to learn everything necessary to open your own bakery, if you want to learn how to bake just bread, or if you want to learn chocolates, we have a course for you, additionally we can customize our courses to meet your baking desires, below is a snapshot of the courses that we offer.

Arts and Flowers
Learn to create sugar art and flowers.
Breads
Learn to bake world-class breads including sour dough.
Cookies and Candies
Learn how to make cookies, candies and more.
Bakery Start-up
Start your new bakery off on the right foot.

Improve your cake baking skills with our "cakes" course.

Bakery Course Fees

Course Fees & How to Calculate Them
  • Classes are $600.00 per day / per student (see below for examples).
  • All courses are 100% Hands-On and customized to the individual student.
  • Length of each course is determined after full consultation with student.
  • Maximum of 2 students per Class (If coming from the same company or have a friendship).
  • 8 hours per day (9:AM until 5:00 to 5:30).
  • The Baking School’s courses range from 2 to 20 days, even 30 depending on the student's direction.
  • Because the courses are completely individualized, there are no “pre-designed” courses.
  • Courses will be scheduled based on the needs of the student and the available dates of the school.
  • Certificates of completion are awarded for each course.
  • Follow-up and Continuing Educational support are available on a consulting basis by Marda Stoliar & Associates.
  • Early registration with a 50% payment is necessary to secure your desired dates.

How to Calculate the Cost of a Course
  • ​Artisan Breads (a minimum of a 3 day course) $600.00/day X 3 days = $1800.00
  • Artisan Breads (7 day Course) $600.00/day X 7 days = $4200.00
  • Traditional European Pastries (a minimum of 5 days) $600.00/day X 5 days = $3000.00
  • Traditional European Pastries (20 days) $600/day X 20 days = $12,000.00
  • Bakery Startup (20 Days) $600.00/day X 20 days = $12,000.00
  • Wedding Cakes (10 days) $600.00/day X 10 days = $6,000.00
