Bend, OregonThe International School of Baking is located in Bend, Oregon right in the heart of scenic Central Oregon. Located east of the Cascade Mountains, Bend is a year-round vacation and destination resort area offering camping, hiking, skiing (alpine and nordic), rock climbing, white water rafting, fishing, dog sledding, hot air ballooning, tennis, golf . . . in other words, enough outdoor activities to satisfy even the most particular outdoor enthusiast. The Deschutes River flows through the town and five rugged snowcapped Cascade mountain peaks are visible year round. There are many beautiful lakes plus the Mt. Bachelor ski resort located within twenty minutes by car from town. Some students come for a few days of baking and vacationing . . . a winning combination!

A complete hotel/resort list can be obtained when you register for a class. There are many opportunities for walking, shopping and fine or casual dining during the evenings after your courses.
